Initial status: Machine with missing PLC & electronic panel

Scope of project: Start up and commissioning for the first time. This machine was kept new in a warehouse for almost 15 years. During that time the PLC, HMI, electronic panels, and some hydraulics were lost.

Activities: New wiring, sensors, PLC, HMI, electric panel, hydraulic upgrade with Variable Frequency Drive (VFD) and proportional valves

Results: Running as new, minus 30% energy, 95% OEE, all components “off the shelf”, near zero dependency from OEM
